Custom Web Design

Custom Web Design & Development for HVAC Contractors

Every website we build is hand-coded from scratch around your business: your clients, your offers, your conversion path. No templates. No drag-and-drop builders. Month-to-month after the build, and you own every file once it’s paid off.

Sound Familiar?

Your Current Website Is Costing You Business.

If you have a site, here’s what’s probably wrong with it. If you don’t have one yet, skip to Just starting out.

Loads Too Slowly

Google’s own mobile research found that as a page’s load time goes from one second to three, the chance the visitor gives up jumps by about a third, and it keeps climbing from there. On a phone, speed decides who gets the call.

Built On Someone Else's Platform

GoDaddy site builders, Wix, Squarespace: you don't own that site. They do. The day you leave, the site disappears with them.

No Clear Call To Action

Visitors land, scroll, and leave. There's no obvious next step, no compelling reason to call, no clear path from "I'm interested" to "I'm a client."

Looks Like Everyone Else's

A recycled template means a recycled first impression. Your prospects can tell the difference between a real site and a $39 theme, even if they can't articulate why.

Just Starting Out?

New HVAC or Home-Service Company? Start Here.

New businesses are welcome, at the same price. Here’s what matters first, in order.

1. Claim your Google Business Profile

It’s free, and it’s what shows up when a homeowner searches “AC repair near me.” Fill in every field: services, service area, hours, photos.

2. Get your first reviews

Ask every happy customer. Review count and recency decide who shows up first on the map, often more than the website does.

3. Then a fast site with tap-to-call

That’s where we come in. If you only need a single page with your hours, a $16/month builder is the better value; our cost article explains when.

What's Included

Everything You Need. Nothing You Don't.

Every build ships with the same foundation.

Hand-Coded

Every line of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript written by a real engineer. We don’t build on WordPress or page builders (we do maintain one client’s existing WordPress site). No third-party theme to break the next time it auto-updates.

Mobile-First

Designed for the phone in your prospect's hand first, because that's where most of your traffic lives. Then scaled up to look perfect on tablet and desktop.

Speed-Tuned

Optimized images, lean code, no heavy frameworks. Built to load fast on a phone on mobile data, not only on office wifi.

Security-Hardened

Built by a CISSP-certified (an independent security certification) engineer. SSL (the padlock: encrypted connections), security headers (browser instructions that block common attacks), OWASP Top 10 (the ten most common web attacks) protections, hardened hosting.

SEO Foundation

Clean semantic HTML (code that labels what each part of the page is), schema markup (structured data that tells Google what your business is), sitemap, meta tags, and a structure Google can understand. Built in on every site, not sold separately.

You Own It

Source code, domain, content: all yours once the build is paid off. No "you can't take this with you." If we ever part ways after that, you walk out with every file.

Measurement

Know What Your Site Books

A site that “looks great” but can’t show you numbers is a brochure. Every build ships with measurement wired in from day one.

Form Fills, Counted

Every quote request and call-back submission is counted by our own first-party tracker, along with which pages get read and which buttons get used. Whether the site is producing stops being a guess.

Calls, Attributable

HVAC work is won on the phone, so the site is built to work with call-tracking numbers. Run one already, or want one? The calls the site generates can be counted, not assumed.

Analytics From Day One

Google Analytics and Search Console are installed and verified at launch, so the history starts on day one, and the data travels with the site, same as the code.

Tracking is first-party and anonymized: what visitors do, never who they are. It’s disclosed plainly in our privacy policy, and it never runs on login or payment pages. See a sample of the monthly report →

How It Works

Four to Six Weeks, Start to Launch

Same process every time, depending on how quickly content comes back. You always know what stage we're in and what's next.

Week 1

1. Discovery

Kickoff call. We map out your goals, your ideal client, your offers, and exactly what the site needs to do for your business.

Week 2

2. Structure

Sitemap and page outlines. We decide which pages exist, what each one says, and how a visitor moves from arrival to action.

Weeks 3–4

3. Design & Build

Custom design. Hand-coded build. Your photos, your copy, your brand, built in code that loads fast.

Week 5

4. Review

You see the staging site. We make refinements. Two rounds of revisions included so the launch is the version you want.

Week 6

5. Launch

DNS (the setting that points your domain at the site) pointed, SSL live, analytics installed, Search Console verified. Site goes live. We monitor it for the first two weeks, free.

Ongoing

6. The Full Plan (optional)

Monthly plans for updates, monitoring, content changes, security patching, a monthly security report, and automated review generation. See plans.

Investment

One Build, One Flat Price

No hourly billing. No "let's get on a call to discuss budget." You see the number before you ever pick up the phone.

Common Questions

HVAC Websites, Answered

How much does a website for an HVAC company cost?

$2,000 paid in full, or $105 a month for 24 months. That is the published price for a custom-coded build: four main pages plus up to six service pages, with the copy written for you. No quote-on-request, no setup fees.

How long does it take to build an HVAC website?

Four to six weeks from kickoff to launch, depending mostly on how quickly photos and feedback come back. You see a working staging site before anything goes live.

What should an HVAC contractor website have?

A phone number you can tap from the top of every page, a page for each service you want calls for, the areas you serve, recent reviews, and fast load times on a phone. Emergency customers decide in seconds, so everything that slows them down costs calls.

Do I need a website if I already have a Google Business Profile?

The profile gets you into the map results; the website is where people go to decide. A strong profile linking to a slow or dated site loses the call to the competitor whose site answers the question. Brand-new with no reviews yet? Set up the profile first.

Is a custom website better than Wix or Squarespace for HVAC?

For a single page with your hours, a builder is cheaper and does the job. A custom build wins on speed, on owning the code outright, and on service pages built around your trades instead of a template someone else also bought.

Will I own my website?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, and the site and its code are yours once the build is paid in full. If you ever leave, you take every file with you.

What if I am not happy with it?

Two rounds of revisions are included. Within 30 days of signing you can cancel for any reason and get 75% of everything paid back.
