Paying the build upfront saves $520 over 24 months compared with financing it inside the Full Plan.
Each additional branch gets its own location pages, review requests routed to that branch’s Google Business Profile, and its own line in your reporting. Added to the one build, not a second website. You get a written number before you sign.

On the Full Plan, the $105 build portion ends and the rate drops automatically to $145/month for hosting, maintenance, unlimited content updates, security patching, the monthly security report, and automated review generation. No action needed on your end. It’s month-to-month after that, and you can cancel anytime.
Aspired Websites LLC retains ownership of the website until it’s paid in full, either the $2,000 upfront or the 24 monthly payments. The site stays live and working for your business the whole time, and ownership transfers to you once the build is paid off. If installments stop, the site stays up while we sort it out; we’ll always talk before anything is suspended (14 days’ notice per our Terms).
The $2,000 build covers four main pages plus up to six individual service pages, built around your trades and service area. Copy for those pages is written as part of the build from your notes, photos and the discovery call; you approve everything before launch. Two rounds of revisions are included. A larger site is quoted in writing before you sign, never sprung on you after.
Your logo (or the go-ahead to keep it simple), photos of your team and trucks if you have them, answers to a short intake form you can finish in one sitting from a phone, and access to your Google Business Profile if you take review automation. Your domain stays registered to you; at launch we just point it at the new site. No content ready? Bullet points are enough; writing it up is part of the build.
Text changes, photo swaps, hours, service areas, pricing updates, new promotions: routine edits to the site you already have. It does not include a redesign, new pages built from scratch, or new functionality, which are quoted separately at $85 per hour, approved before any work starts.
The build is a 24-month term if you choose the installment. The Full Plan and Hosting + Security are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. No annual contracts.
Everything starts the day you sign: the build payment (in full, or the first of 24 installments) and your first month of the Full Plan or Hosting + Security. After that, monthly charges run on the same date each month. The plan starts before launch because we set up your dedicated server the day you pay, your site is built and hosted on it from the start, and your client portal login lets you follow the build stage by stage from day one.
For 30 days from the day you sign, you can cancel for any reason. We refund 75% of everything you’ve paid, keep 25% for the work already done, and cancel any remaining payments. After 30 days our fix-it commitment applies: anything we built that doesn’t work as agreed gets fixed at no charge. Signed up online for Hosting + Security without an agreement? Your first month is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days.
Once the build is paid in full, yes, completely. Source code, content, domain and data are yours to take anywhere. Your domain is registered in your name from day one; we never hold it.
On the first of each month we email you a one-page summary of an automated scan of your site: dependency vulnerabilities, file integrity, SSL certificate status, security headers, and uptime. If something needs attention, we fix it; that’s covered by your plan. It’s included in the Full Plan and in Hosting + Security ($45/mo).
Yes, once it’s paid off. Standard code on standard hosting, so any competent developer can take it over. Hands-on migration help is $85 per hour; the files themselves are free.

Multi-location work is quoted from a simple structure: one build, plus a set of location pages for each branch, review requests routed to the right Google Business Profile per location, and reporting split the same way. Pricing typically starts at $500 per additional location. Your old page addresses are carried across so you don’t lose your search history. Tell us the locations on the call and you get a written number before you sign.
It’s written into the agreement: if Aspired Websites LLC ever ceased operating before your build was paid off, ownership of the site, the source code and all files would transfer to you immediately and at no further cost, and any remaining installments would be cancelled. Once the build is paid off you own everything anyway, so nothing about your site depends on us staying in business.
Yes. Clean markup, schema, sitemap, headings and fast load are part of every build, not a separate product. We never promise rankings.
Once the build is paid off, the site keeps working. The Full Plan buys updates, monitoring, backups, review generation, and support, not the right to keep your own website online.
Anything outside the agreed build or the Full Plan’s content updates: $85 per hour, quoted and approved before anything starts, invoiced after it’s done. No surprise invoices.
